At Everfoods, your source for premium dietary supplements, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs and budget.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
Economy Shipping
This is our most cost-effective shipping method. It takes between 5 to 8 business days and costs $4.90.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method offers faster delivery. It takes between 3 to 4 business days and costs $6.90.
2. Shipping Zones
We ship to all addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note, shipping times begin when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Upon shipping your order, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to you.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please immediately contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note, Everfoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all information is correct before finalizing your order.
7. Shipping during Holiday Seasons
Due to high demand during holiday seasons, delivery may take longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid potential delays.
