What Everfoods does

You say what you're working on and who you cook for. We plan five dinners for the week from what your store has, and build the grocery list for them. You send the list to Instacart in one tap, or print it and shop yourself. After the groceries come, you answer four questions, and next week's cart changes.

It plans food. It is not medical advice.

Everfoods does not diagnose or treat anything, it never gives advice about medication, and it never reads a lab result. Anything medical is one for your prescriber.

Allergies: the planner rules out any dinner whose main ingredients carry an allergen you told us about. Products change and stores swap items, so read the label before anyone eats it.

Some of the sentences you read are written by an AI model. The numbers are not: the grams come from product labels and the prices from the store, and code adds them up. Look the cart over before you send it.

Who it is for

Households in the United States. You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

Your account

There is no password. Until you send your first cart, a cookie in your browser holds your household. When you send it, you give us an email address, and that address is your account: each time you sign in we email it a six-digit code, which works once and dies after ten minutes. Keep that inbox yours.

Money

  • Planning your first four weekly carts costs nothing, and we ask for no card.
  • From week five the planning is $12 a month, paid through Stripe. A screen says so before anything is charged. If you don't start paying within seven days, we stop building new carts until you do. If a monthly payment fails, the same seven days apply.
  • Groceries are never part of it. You pay the store for them, at the store's prices, through Instacart or at the checkout. We never take money for groceries.
  • Stopping the $12: You can cancel at any time, in the app: open Settings, choose "Delete my household", and confirm once. Cancelling is immediate. It stops all future charges and expires any checkout in progress, and it deletes your household and its data as described in the Privacy Policy — so your access ends when you confirm.
  • Refunds: if you cancel within 14 days of your first charge, write to [email protected] and we refund that charge; later months are not refunded.

The store and Instacart

The prices on a cart are the store's, from the last time we checked, and the cart says so when they may be out of date. What you pay is what the store charges the day you shop.

When you send a cart to Instacart, you finish the order there, under Instacart's own terms, and the store fills it. After that we can't see the order: not when it comes, not what it costs to bring, not what the store swapped. That's why we ask you.

Stopping

You can stop any time. "Delete my household" in Settings takes your household out of our database within a day, and when we have your email address, an email confirms it. Privacy says exactly what goes, when, and what stays.

Changes to these terms: we announce material changes by email and in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes that are not material — a typo, a clarification — go up when we post them, and the "Last updated" date moves. Using Everfoods after the effective date means you accept them. Where the law requires your explicit consent, we ask for it; if we must change something sooner to comply with the law or to prevent harm, we say so when we can.

The rest

These terms are governed by Ohio law, and disputes are settled in the state or federal courts serving Franklin County, Ohio. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
